7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities or purposes. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in other dangerous practices. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purposes and within established passenger and weight limits. Operating outside of the agreed geographical boundaries without prior approval is also not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
8. Liability Limitations
